Join our in‑house Carpentry team and help deliver quality townhouse builds with a focus on safety, teamwork and long‑term job security
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, trade-qualified Carpenters to join our in-house Carpentry team and help deliver quality builds across our sites.
You work with our Carpentry Foreman and the wider team to deliver solid, high‑quality framing, cladding and fit‑out work.
We take safety seriously, back our people, and create plenty of opportunities for you to learn, grow and step up.
Key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out high‑quality carpentry work and meeting project timelines
Building and installing framing, flooring systems, stairs, doors, windows, trims and other fit‑out elements
Installing pre‑fab components and completing all stages of townhouse construction
Reading and following plans and drawings accurately
Keeping the site safe and tidy, following SWMS, reporting hazards and looking after tools and gear
Fixing defects quickly or escalating them when needed
Working alongside other trades to get the job done efficiently
Supporting and mentoring apprentices as they build their skills
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Certificate III in Carpentry
Experience on residential construction sites
Solid experience across all aspects of carpentry
A strong work ethic and team‑first attitude, with enthusiasm for supporting apprentices and less experienced team members
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
White Card
Machinery tickets are highly regarded
