About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Casual Handyman to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Hemmant site. This is a varied role involving general labouring, basic maintenance and repairs, forklift operation, welding tasks, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• General labouring and operational support

• Loading, unloading, moving, and handling materials

• Waste removal and site housekeeping

• Assisting with daily tasks as required

Maintenance & Repairs

• Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs

• Maintain equipment, fixtures, and facilities

• Assist with internal and external maintenance activities

• Perform welding tasks as required

Forklift & Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts safely and competently

• Assist with storage, movement, and organisation of materials

• Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely

What We’re Looking For

• Manual driver’s licence

• Current forklift licence

• Welding experience

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Desirable Experience

• Trade, mechanical, or maintenance background

• Previous experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Hand, or Labourer
