We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing team and support the delivery of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative site team, working alongside other Foremen and Leading Hands to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Civil Manager, you will play a key role in supporting site operations across multiple projects. This position has been created to support the continued growth of our team, strengthening our on-site leadership capability and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with other Foremen and Leading Hands, you will help coordinate daily site activities, drive productivity, and maintain strong safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee daily civil site operations with a strong focus on safety and compliance

  • Lead toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and ensure adherence to SWMS

  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials to meet construction schedules

  • Work collaboratively with other Foremen and Leading Hands to deliver project outcomes

  • Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved

  • Maintain and update short-term and master project schedules

  • Manage site logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Contribute to team performance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (or equivalent)

  • Current Driver’s Licence and White Card

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Civil Foreman role

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, plant, and materials

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly desirable: Experience working for a residential builder
