About the Role

With a strong pipeline of residential developments across South East Queensland, AR Developments is seeking motivated and reliable Carpenters to join our growing construction team working across Ripley, Springfield Lakes and Logan Reserve.

Whether you're a qualified carpenter looking for long-term stability or a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Working primarily with steel-framed residential construction, you'll play a key role in delivering quality homes within well-established master-planned communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry works across residential construction projects

• Install and construct frames, fix-outs, cladding, and finishing components

• Read and interpret plans and specifications

• Work collaboratively with Site Supervisors and subcontractors

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

• Assist in keeping projects on schedule and delivered to a high standard

About You

• Qualified Carpenter or 3rd/4th Year Carpentry Apprentice

• Previous experience with steel framing highly regarded, but not essential

• Current White Card

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment

• Pride in delivering quality workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop your skills
